't 3 <br /> RESOLUTION-NO LEFT TURN 4 <br /> Dave Davis Public Works, said <br /> ithere have been recent discussions <br /> held with t'he South Forest Park neighborhood group regarding ways of <br /> reducing traffic speeds and traffic volumes within the 1 <br /> neighborhood. There has been a significant number of traffic $ <br /> accidents at the ntersection of Elk Hill Drive and flukilteo <br /> Boulevard. Left turn restrictions off of Mukilteo Boulevard during <br /> peak hours may improve the safety of the intersection. <br /> President Pope suggested also having no left turn onto Mukilteo $ <br /> Boulevard. Dave Davis indicated that this didn't neet the criteria <br /> necessary. <br /> ' <br /> Gretchen Shaffer' representing the South Forest Park neighborhood, <br /> related to Council that they would like 24 hour no left turning from <br /> Elk Hill Drive onto Mukilteo Boulevard as well as no left turn off <br /> Mukilteo boulevard onto Elk Hill Drive. <br /> Dave Davis indicated he had received mixed messages regarding this <br /> from the neighborhood. <br /> ° <br /> Moved by Councilman Anderson, seconded by Councilman Overstreet to , 7 <br /> adopt Resolution No.3375 authorizing Installation of No Left Turn, ft I <br /> 2:30 p.m. - 5,30 p.m., emergency vehicles exempt, on Mukilteo <br /> Boulevard at Elk Hill Drive as follows; <br /> p; <br /> WHEREAS, a request has been received to install No LelTur4; <br /> 2:30 p.m. - 5:30 p.m., mergeny ehices exempt on M <br /> Boulevard et Elk Hill Drive;ecvland <br /> I'1' <br /> I A' <br /> At, 5 <br /> 1g <br /> 1 A <br />
