October 24,1990 <br /> The regular meeting of the Everett City Council was called to order <br /> • <br /> at 8:30 a.m., October 24, 1990 in the City Council Chambers of the , • <br /> Everett City Hall,President Pope presiding. Upon roll call it was <br /> found that all councilmen were present except Councilman Overstreet <br /> who was excused. <br /> The minutes of the October 17,1990 meeting were approved aS Printed. <br /> • hMYOR'S COIMENTS <br /> Mayor Kinch stated that the resolution regarding the Alverson Bridge <br /> problem has been located and administration will be contacting the <br /> port in order to have a meeting and would like to have a <br /> representative from Council involved in this. President Pope <br /> indicated he was the liaison. <br /> The Mayor indicated that the Puget Sound Council of Governments was <br /> in a transition state et this point and several meetings will be <br /> coming <br /> zatiup.on.It appears the counties will be forming their own <br /> organi <br /> COUNCIL COMMENTS .• • d - <br /> Councilman Gipson reminded Council that Inc 1991 Budget Hearing <br /> , 5 <br /> would be held at the end of today's meeting. ' 1 <br /> Councilman Poser commented that a seminar he attended last week on <br /> Regulating Development of Environmentally Sensitive Areas was very <br /> interesting. It was sponsored by the Washington State Oar <br /> Association.
