The City of Everett does hereby certify that the City is <br /> responsible to support all non-cash commitments to the Conservation <br /> Futures Program should they not materialize. <br /> 4. That any property acquired under Snohomish county <br /> Conservation Futures Progam be used for the preservation of i <br /> environmentally sensitive areas of significant resources in the I 4 <br /> Everett community. <br /> 5. That this resolution becomes part of the formal <br /> application to the Snohomish County Conservation Futures Program. <br /> 6. That adequate notification has been given far public <br /> input and that the Park Board has reviewed and adopted the proposed <br /> acquisition OR said property. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED,to submit this resolution to <br /> Snohomish County Conservation Futures Program, that the City has <br /> officially authorized application for Conservation Futures funds as <br /> outlined herewith. <br /> Roll was called with all councilmen voting yes. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> BID AWARD-FIRE STATION NO.4 <br /> This agenda item was delayed. <br /> AGREEMENT-FLUORIDATION <br /> Brown 5 Caldwell Engineers were retained by the City to provide <br /> pre-design services for the Everett Water Treatment Plant <br /> expansion. The proposed supplemental agreement No. I will allow <br /> Brown 5 Caldwell to provide the engineering services required for <br /> fluoridation of Everett water. <br /> Moved by Councilman Morrow, seconded by Councilman Overstreet to <br /> authorize the Mayor to sign a supplemental consulting agreement with <br /> Brown 5 Caldwell Consulting Engineers for fluoridation engineering <br /> services. <br /> Roll was called with all councilmen voting yes. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> 4 <br />
