474 <br /> November 21,1990 <br /> Roll was called with all councilmen voting yes except Councilmen <br /> Moser and Morrow who voted no. <br /> Notion carried. <br /> EASEMENTS-SOUTHEND SEWER INTERCEPTOR <br /> Easements across four separate residential properties have been <br /> negotiated with the property owners to construct a portion of the <br /> Southend Sewer Interceptor. One of the conditions of each of these <br /> eesements is that "the City Council approve any conditions imposed <br /> ::neersrZOPLIneett'g eeseeent is.c=ng beheco=cr7cf."the property <br /> Moved by Councilman Gipson, seconded by Councilman Diamond to <br /> authorize the Mayor to countersign four separate easements <br /> (Peterson, Deluca, Knutson, and Cullen)needed for the construction <br /> of a portion of the Southend Sewer Interceptor. <br /> Craig Fullerton, Public Works Department, stated that one of the <br /> conditions does allow the property owners to connect to the sewer <br /> system. <br /> Roll was called with all councilmen voting yes. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> EASEMENT-SOUTHEND SEWER INTERCEPTOR <br /> Moved by Councilman Diamond, seconded by Councilman Overstreet to <br /> authorize the Mayor to countersign an easement with Simpson Paper <br /> Company to construct a portion of the Southend Sewer Interceptor. <br /> Roll was called with all councilmen voting yes except Councilman <br /> Moser who voted no. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> BID REPORT SANITARY SEWER MAIN REPLACEMENT <br /> project was <br /> ,T11".1 L",e,emtriT,Y No!"s'etnReggIN: <br /> follows: <br /> Active Construction 32,171,902.81 <br /> 2,098,020.01 <br /> Casper and Madera InC. <br /> 2,515,806.11 <br /> King Construction <br /> Shoreline Construction 2,906,256.29 <br /> Tri-State Construction 1,885,031.67 <br /> 2,190,084.54 <br /> Volker Stevin Pacific Inc. <br /> Wilder Construction 1,888,919.79 <br /> This project will replace approriMatelY 8,70i yeeer d:eetso sanitary sewer main and includes manholes, catch bas ns,SIde <br /> and restoration of roadway. <br />
