EASEMENTS-SOUTHEND SEWER INTERCEPTOR Easements across four separate residential properties have been negotiated with the property owners to construct a portion of the Southend Sewer Interceptor. One of the conditions of each of these eesements is that "the City Council approve any conditions imposed ::neersrZOPLIneett'g eeseeent is.c=ng beheco=cr7cf."the property Moved by Councilman Gipson, seconded by Councilman Diamond to authorize the Mayor to countersign four separate easements (Peterson, Deluca, Knutson, and Cullen)needed for the construction of a portion of the Southend Sewer Interceptor. Craig Fullerton, Public Works Department, stated that one of the conditions does allow the property owners to connect to the sewer system. Roll was called with all councilmen voting yes. Motion carried.
