The minutes of the November 28, 1990 meeting were approved as printed. APPOINTMENTS Mayor Kinch asked for concurrence of the following appointments: CHIP LOAN REVIEW BOARD Moved by Councilman Morrow, ascended by Councilman Moser to concur with the appointment of Leigh Ellis and Byron Backstrom to six year terms on the Chip Loan Review Board. Roll was called with all councilmen voting yes except Councilman Gipson who was excused. • Motion carried. SHORELINE COMMITTEE • Moved by Councilman Moser,seconded by Councilman Anderson to concur with the appointment of Ernest H. Staudt, Karen Charnell end Ross Hoagland to six year terms on the Shoreline Committee. Roll was called with all councilmen voting yes except Councilman Gipson who was excused. 1'- Motion carried. SENIOR CENTER ADVISORY BOARD Moved by Councilman Andersen, seconded by Councilmen Morrow to concur with the appointment of Kay Saatvedt and Jaime Garrett to six yearterms a d Bill Langur Sr to a two year to the Senior Center Advisory Board. Roll was called with all councilmen voting yes except Councilman • Gipson who was excused. • Motion carried. CULTURAL COMMISSION Moved byCouncilman Morrow, seconded by Councilman Overstreet to withconcthe appointment of Toni Willoughby, Judy Dorst, Susan Lind, Arden Flom and Beverly Larson Cl ix year terms on the Cultural Commission Roll was called with all councilmen voting yes except Councilmen Gipson who was excused.
