A second loan offer has been made to <br /> finance the remaining$7,000,000. Both of these loans are zero <br /> interest loans to he repaid over five years. The Public Works <br /> Department has just learned that the loan addendum must he <br /> signed by both the City and State by January 25,1991. <br /> • • , <br /> Moved by Councilman Pope, seconded by Councilman Gipson to <br /> authorize the Mayor to sign a loan agreement addendum with the <br /> Department of Ecology for an additional $7,136,914 for the <br /> Snohomish Riser CSO Interceptor project. <br /> Riell was called with all councilmen voting yes. <br /> Notion carried. <br /> MAYOR'S COMMENTS <br /> Mayor Kinch gave.an update on lth Avenue.
