11.0 <br /> • <br /> March 15,1991 <br /> (:) <br /> BID AWARD-FIRE DEPARTMENT PUMPERS <br /> Moved by Councilmen Anderson, seconded by Councilman Moser to <br /> approve the bid award for two Fire Department pumpers to United <br /> Fire Service, Inc./Emergency One Mfg.at a cost of 5592060.92 <br /> including Washington State sales tax, the bids from Mays <br /> Equipment/Pierce Mfg. and Sutphen Corporation were not <br /> responsive as they did not meet the specificetions. <br /> Roll was called with all councilmen voting yen. • <br /> Motion carried. <br /> RESOLUTION-PARKING <br /> Moved by Councilman Gipson, seconded by Councilman Moser to <br /> adopt Resolution No. 3446 f for the removal of "No Parking <br /> Anytime"on the 2400 block oHoyt,east side,and 25th Street, <br /> Colby-Wetmore,north side as follows: <br /> WHEREAS, a request has been received to remove "No Parking <br /> Anytime"on the 2400 block of Hoyt,east side,and 25th Street, <br /> • <br /> Corby-Wetmore,north side;and • <br /> 0 <br /> WHEREAS, the Mayor, Transportation Advisory Committee has <br /> rev1:ewed the request and recommends that the above parking <br /> restrictions be removed; <br /> riVEMIM geVCIMInTbe'reTnner C°UNC'L T"'er" <br /> "No Parking Anytime" on the 2400 block of Hoyt, east <br /> side,and 25th Street,Colby-Wetmore,north side. <br /> Roll was called with all councilmen voting yes. <br /> • <br /> Motion carried. <br /> PURCHASE <br /> Moved by Councilman Moser, seconded by Councilman Diamond to <br /> approve the 1991 interlocal purchases of equipment for the <br /> Utilities Department to replace existing fleet items. <br /> Roll was called with all councilmen voting yes. <br /> Motion carried.
