C 195 March 27,1551 C COMMUNITY THEATER Moved by Councilman Gipson, seconded by Councilman Marrow to accept the Community Theater Committee recommendation and only accept the Trammell Crow and Coley Squareoartners Statements of Qualifications and authorize the Mayor to execute Step agreements. On March>,1551 the City received Statements of Qualifications from three design/build/developer. teams. These included Spieker Partners,:Trammell Crow, and Coley Square Partners. On March 11 the mmittee vote0 to accept only.statements of qualifications from Trammell Crow and Colby Square Partners s Spieker Partners did not submit a site. Roll was called with all councilmen voting yes except Councilman Diamond who was out of Council chambers. Motion carried. CHANGE ORDER-WASTEWATER TREATMENT PLANT t Moved by Councilman Gipson, s a nded by.Councilman Moser to authorize the Mayor to signthe wastewater Treatment Plant Change Order No. 5 for the amount of 8124,184.46, with the contractor,Humphrey Construction Inc.
