152 <br /> March 27,1991 <br /> Paul Roberts,-mentIoned that they are now looking at text <br /> changes and that they could be looked at lore tlmely than a <br /> Comp Plan Change which will not be scneduled until 1992. <br /> Councilman Pope said that there are other properties in the <br /> City that may have the same problem and he would like to see <br /> this issue resolved. <br /> 0 <br /> Councilman Overstreet withdrew his second to the motion. Hi> <br /> concern being timeliness. <br /> Councilman Anderson seconded the motion. <br /> To reiterate,the motion was made by Councilman Moser,seconded <br /> by Councilman Anderson to remand this back to the Planning <br /> Commission and to direct the Planning Commission to consider <br /> the options outlined in Section 1, 2a, and 21 and to make a <br /> recommendation On pick an option,any one of the options or all <br /> of the options which may deal with the issue. The Planning <br /> Commission is then directed to expeditiously return a <br /> recommendaiton to the City Council for ordinance action and <br /> particularly as it relates to Mr.Pollens,problem and similar CP <br /> problems an to lot sizes in the City. <br /> Roll was called with all councilmen voting yes except <br /> Councilman Pope who voted no. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> COUNCI1 BILL 9103-11 <br />? SECOND READING, <br /> AN ORDINANCE establishing water rates for customers of <br /> the Everett water system, and repealing Ordinance No. 3 <br />' 1256-86 and Section 14.16.870 of the EhiC. <br /> PUBLIC HEARING-WATER RATES <br /> President Morrow opened a Public Hearing on the proposed 1991 <br /> Water Rate Ordinance. <br /> As several councilmembers had other meetings to attend and <br /> there were no citizens that couldn't attend the hearing if it <br /> was continued 0 they decided that the hearing should be <br /> continued. <br /> 0 <br />
