The drug free zones include areas in <br /> and around schools, school bus stops, public parks ardent <br /> public transit vehicles,as well as school buses. <br /> Moved by Councilman Pope,seconded by Councilman Anderson that <br /> this is declared to be the final reading of Council Bill No. <br /> 9103-10. <br /> Councilman Overstreet asked for statistics on drug related <br /> 4rieSts In these areas. He also asked why public buildings <br /> couldn't be included as drug free zones.
