An executive session will be held at 8:00 a.m. an <br /> April 10,1991 on a personnel matter. '.. <br /> 2. The Council/Administration Workshop will be held <br /> at the close of the Council meeting on April 10 <br /> and will be held at the Cite Room at the Everett 0 <br /> Mall. <br /> 3. A meeting with the youth Commission and the office <br /> of Neighborhaoos will be held at 5:30 p.m, on <br /> April 1],1991. '1 <br /> ATTORNEY'S COMMENTS <br /> Bruce Jones, City Attorney, asked for an %ecutive session at <br /> theclose of the s <br /> agenda a a legal matterand c real estate <br /> matter. He stated Council will not reconvene in open session <br /> for any decisions at the close of the executive session. <br /> PAINE'FIELD ANNEXATION NEGOTIATIONS <br /> Bruce Jones, City Attorney,requested that a change be made in <br /> theMemrrandum of Understanding to be expressly clear that if <br /> at agreement <br /> reement reached in the 90 days the City'may or may not <br /> o proceed with the annexation. <br /> Mr.Jones asked the following be added to the agreement <br /> "The City of Everett and Snohomish County agree to <br /> negotiate for at least 90 days from March 20, 1991,on <br /> the above identified issues with the goal of developing <br /> n interlocal agreement prior to the effective date of <br /> any proposed annexation which includes Paine Field." <br /> Moved by Councilmen Gipson, seconded by Councilmen Pope to <br /> authorize the Mayor to sign the Paine Field Annexation <br /> Agreement incorporating Mr.donee,recommended language. <br /> Roll was called with ell councilmen voting yes. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> 0 <br />
