The projects are,. 1).publication of a bookon the history of the Everett Theater..by.David Oilgerd. Threehundred books would be published for 01,500. 2) A continuation of survey work for hiitRoulc.properties. The project will survey historic houses o Rucker'Avenue from 26th Avenue to 20th Avenue. This'4111 cost-$3,600.end will,be accomplished by e contract.employee under a-personal services contract. Roll was called with all councilmen voting yes. Motion Carried. AGREEMENT-ENVIRONMENTALLY SENSITIVE AREAS Bruce Jones, City Attorney, said that--in reviewing the cisultan agreement,that.the ipsurance previsions did not meet ty requirements.. He asked that,the agreementhe ubject to insurance coyergge'listing the City of Everett as additional insured. Moved by Councilman Gipson, seconded by Councilman Moser to authorize the Mayor to sign a agreement with Dames and Moore for developigo_crlterlq_.for classifying geologically hazardous areas pursuant to the Growth Management Act subject to additional insurance requirements of the City. 9011 was celled with all councilmei,voting yes. -- --- MotiOnc rued. AGREEMENT.-WATER UTILITY CUSTOMERS SURVEY O Moved by Councilman Gipson, seconded by Councilman Overstreet to authorize the Mayor tosign ac ontract with Market Data Company to conduct a residentialcustonmr characteristics survey of water utility..customers andauthorize the Mayor to sign an agreement with the City of Tacoma for participation in the survey.
