199 S <br /> April 24,1991 <br /> COUNCIL BILL 9104-19-PROPOSED ORDINANCE DISCUSSION ■4/i <br /> FIRST READING: <br /> AN ORDINANCE of the City of Everett amending Zoning <br /> ' ordinance No.1671-139 concerning City Council review of <br /> Planning Commission recommendations. <br /> Councilman Moser explained that for purposes of dealing <br /> with o <br /> this issue in a timely fashion he felt this should be remanded <br /> back to the Planning Commission. There are several items <br /> included in this ordiance for housekeeping purposes and one <br /> item that the Commission and Council aren't in agreement on. <br /> Moved by Councilman Moser, seconded by Councilman Pope that <br /> Council not entertain the second and third readings of this <br /> ordinance and that this matter be remanded back to the Planning <br /> Commission. <br /> Roll was called with all councilmen voting yes. <br /> Motion Carried. <br /> • <br /> Upon motion the meeting adjourned at 11:00 a.m. <br /> Read and approved as printed. e�wo(Jl rn./{� I�{dL,/, <br /> President 1, <br /> O <br />
