211 <br /> May 8,1991 <br /> The regular meeting of the Everett City Council was called to <br /> order at 8:30 a.m., May 8, 1991 in the City Council Chambers of <br /> the Everett City Hall, President Morrow presiding. Upon roll <br /> call it was found that all councilmen were present except <br /> Councilmen Overstreet and Diamond who were excused. Mayor <br /> Kinch was also excused. <br /> The minutes of the May 1,1991 meeting were approved as printed. <br /> APPOINTMENTS <br /> Jerry groom., Administration, requesttd that Council concur <br /> with the appointments of Frank Figg and C. J. Ebert to the <br /> Everett 2000 Committee. <br /> Moved by Councilman Moser, seconded by Councilman Pope to <br /> concur with the appointments of Frank Figg and C. J.
