5 0 May 21,1991 O PRESIDENTS COMMENTS President Morrow expressed sympathy to the families of Dave Oeveney, Park Board; and Bob Hereford,Museum Board who passed away last week. They hadcontributed much to our community. CITIZENS COMMENTS Ron West,Executive Director of the Red Crass Snohomish Chapter 0 and Brad Caldert, Director of the Red Cross Adult Day Health Center requested $10,000 in emergency financial assistance. The Center inadvertently missed the 1991 application process. The funding wouldbe used t0 hire a rehab specialist. The program works with people needing rehabilitation and are close to needing nursing home care Councilman Diamond suggested the request be considered at the next Budget Committee meeting.
