June 5,1991 225 <br /> (7' <br /> Mr. Ciffen presented recommendation/19, relating to amending a <br /> small portion of property located In Southwest Everett, west of <br /> Boeing and on the east side of 40th Avenue and north of SR <br /> 526, from 0-1 (Office and Industrial Park) to 0-2 (Heav) <br />• Manufacturing). <br />• <br /> Bill 0005550 and Iona Hansel spoke in favor of the change. <br /> Moved by Councilman Diamond, seconded by Councilman Pope to <br /> close the public hearing on recommendation/19,amending a small <br /> portion of property in Southwest Everett from 0-i to M-2. <br /> President Morrow asked if anyone else wished to speak and no one <br /> replied. <br /> Roll was called with ell councilmen voting yes. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> SOUTHWEST EVERETT ZONING <br /> Moved by Councilman Pope, seconded by Councilman Overstreet to <br /> approve recommendation 119 amending the zoning of the property <br /> located on ,m east side of 40th Avenue West and north or SR <br /> 526, from M-1 (Office and Industrial Park) to M-2 (Heavy <br /> Manufacturing). <br /> Roll was called with all councilmen voting yes. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> COUNCIL SILL 9105-22 <br /> FIVAL READINC, <br /> AN ORDINANCE of the City of Everett amending portions of <br /> Zoning Ordinance Nos. 1671-89 and 1729-90 by approving a . <br /> "Short List"of Zoning Code Amendments. <br /> The final reading of Council Bill 9105-22 was continued to June <br /> 12,1991. <br /> ( <br />
