264 <br /> June 5,1991 0 <br /> JOB COMPLETE 0 <br /> Moved by Councilman Anderson, seconded by Councilman Gipson to <br /> accept as complete the Waste Water Treatment Plant Stage III <br /> Construction Project by Humphrey Construction and begin the <br /> 30-day retention period for the release of the retainage. <br /> Roll was called with all councilmen voting yes. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> o <br /> RESOLUTION-90 MINUTE PARKING <br /> A request has been received to install a 90 minute time limit on <br /> parking for the north side of 26th Street from Colby to Hoyt. <br /> The request comes from a new business on 26th, west of Colby. <br /> The business manager has contacted the church on the corner of <br /> 26th and Hoyt and the church concurs with the requested parking <br /> time limit. A parking study shows 100 percent utilization <br /> during the middle of the day.
