339 <br /> July 10,1991 <br /> The regular meeting of the Everett City Council was called to <br /> order at 8:30 a.m., July 10, 1991 in the City Council Chambers <br /> of the Everett City Hall, President Morrow presiding. Upon <br /> roll call it was Pound that Mayor Kinch end all councilmen were <br /> present except Councilman Gipson who was excused. <br /> The minutes of the July 3, 1991 meeting were approved a <br /> printed; however discussion of the Community Theater <br /> design-build, lease-purchasesolution ensued. Councilman <br /> Overstreet requested that Council review the nontract documents <br /> prior to the Mayors signing. The Mayor responded that <br /> councilmembers will be given copies for their review and <br /> comment, but he requested they contact him with any questions <br /> as s possible. Councilman Moser requested more detail be <br /> provided on the parking space ownership issues President <br /> Morrow requested that all council Comments be included as a <br /> part of the minutes. <br />'.'
