He stated <br /> there was limited parking in the area. Right now there is a <br /> dead end area which could be converted to a mini park for this <br /> area. <br /> The Memorandum of Understanding has been negotiated with the <br /> Port of Everett for a Port Area Transportation Plan and roadway <br /> improvements. Section 1 provides 825,000 of Port funds for a <br /> Port Area Transportation Plan. Section 2 provides$4,378,600 <br /> of Port funds for the local match for the Alverson Bridge. The <br /> State monies ere still available and the City will now have <br /> sufficient funds to rebuild the Alverson Bridge. Section 3 <br /> City will provide in-house administrative and construction <br /> engineering for the Alverson Bridge.
