He <br /> also suggested using sound trucks for advertising various City <br /> functions. He further stated that use of City buses for <br /> transporting people to events could reduce parking congestion <br /> at places; such as, Memorial Stadium. He spoke in opposition <br /> to ice cream trucks with bells in residential areas. Mayor <br /> Kinch said that City announcements can now he viewed on Channel <br /> 28.
