Mr. Janes recommended that the Council authorize the <br /> Mayor to sign the agreement subject to adding to Section 1 of <br /> the Addendum: "provided that Artist agrees not to reproduce the <br /> Bork without agreement Of City". <br /> Roved by Councilman Gipson, seconded by Councilman Anderson to <br /> authorize the Mayor to sign an agreement with Sculptor Georgia <br /> Gerber for a bronze sculpture subject to adding"provided that <br /> Artist agrees not to reproduce the Work without agreement of <br /> City". <br /> Roll was <br /> called with all councilmen voting yes except President <br /> Morrow who was excused. <br /> Motion carried. <br />
