372 <br /> 0 <br /> July 24,1991 <br /> C) <br /> Roll was called with all councilmen voting yes except <br /> Councilman Overstreet who voted no and Councilman Anderson who <br /> was cut of Council Chambers. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> BUDGET AMENDMENT-BOATING SAFETY AND EDUCATION <br /> Moved by Councilman Pope, seconded by Councilman Overstreet to 0 <br /> authorize a budget amendment in the amount of 513,039.00 to <br /> amend Fund 115 to include funds for boating safety and <br /> education. <br /> This money received from Snohomish County boat registrations is <br /> to be utilized for boating safety and education and is not to <br /> supplant any budgeted monies 000000000 the Harbor Patrol beat <br /> far the summer of 1991. There will be additional monies <br /> forthcoming from the same source and purpose. <br /> Roll was called with all councilmen voting yes except <br /> Councilman Anderson who was out of Council Chambers. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> C) <br /> AGREEMENT-NFIBO <br /> Moved by Councilman Overstreet,seconded by Councilman Pope to <br /> authorize the Mayor to sign a contract with Noos to develop a <br /> Housing Element of the Comprehensive Plan. <br /> =En=Zete'whowiZtedalr'l-o:r7r=:T1mgtgger=wg= <br /> out of Council Chambers. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> RID REPORT AND AWARD-TWO STEP VANS <br /> This agenda item will be Continued until July 31,1091. <br /> Councilman ftpe asked the reason for this being pulled from the <br /> agenda a second time. Carlton Gipson said they needed to <br /> further review the bids and would be coming back to Council <br /> with their final recommendation. <br /> 0 <br />
