444 <br /> August 21,1991 <br /> ANNEXATION-HOLLY DRIVE <br /> Moved by Councilman Overstreet, seconded by Councilman Gipson <br /> to accept the 75%petition for annexation of an area west of <br /> Holly Drive between 96th Street SW and Sharon Drive and set a <br /> public hearing on the annexation for August 2S,1991. <br /> Councilman Pope believed that in lieu of the fact that the <br /> Police Association had previously made a presentation on the <br /> lack of manpower that the City should not accept any <br /> C, annexations until the 1992 budget is looked at. He further <br /> stated that annexations put the burden on the Police and Fire <br /> Departments. <br /> City Attorney Bruce Jones reminded Council that they had <br /> accepted a 10% Notice of Intent.
