C August 21,1991 432 GG FREUDENBERG ISSUES Mr. Landles presented findingsl related to the issues presented by Mr. and Mrs. DarrelFreudenberg. Mr. Candles stated that the slope stability and undercutting problems at the Freudenberg residencee most likely the result of the natural steep slope conditionsand loose fill and are unrelated to the Boeing proposal. On. Freudenberg presented photos taken o r the last 60 yearn of the condition of his property and Powder Mill Gulch. He also presented the 1986 Landau report, a study of down flow effect the Freudenberg property, forreview. Randall St Mary,Attorney forcthe Freudenbergs, requested that some relief beon and mitigation be considered for the Freudenbergs. Mx. McCann and Mr. Pahmeier presented information showing that the expansion of the Boeing plant will not have any impact on the Freudenberg property. Don Miller, Appellant, shared his concerns with the lank of adequate mitigation and controls inregards to noise at the site.
