The Committee would be <br /> advisory and would include Responsible Official, Chair,Mayor, '( <br /> City of Everett, Everett Director of Public Works, Everett <br /> Director of Finance, Director of Everett Transit: Everett <br /> Director Of Parks and Recreation, Boeing Company, Snohomish <br /> County Executive, Mayor, City of Mukllteo; Everett School Q -; <br /> District,Mukilteo School District,Washington State Department <br /> of Transportation, and Washington State Department of Community <br /> Development. <br /> Ned Johnston, Attorney for the "Johnston Clients" requested <br /> that Council consider expanding the committee to include a <br /> citizen-at-large. <br /> Mr. McCann, representing "Boeing" indicated they had no ;e <br /> objection to the expansion of the Committee as recommended by <br /> the Responsible Official. <br /> Mr. McCann expressed objections to Mr. Johnston not Dolloping O <br /> U. <br /> the accepted pxocetlure Por the hearing. <br /> Moved by Councilman Morrow, seconded by Councilman Anderson to <br /> adopt the findings and conclusions s presented and accept the <br /> stipulated language as agreed to between the City of Everett <br /> and Snohomish Countyon the structure of the Mitigation <br /> Committee. <br /> Roll was Called with all councilmen voting yes. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> U <br /> o <br />
