483 <br /> (:1September 11,1991 <br /> The regular meeting of the Everett City Council was called to <br /> order at 8:30 a.m., September 11, 1991 in the City Council <br /> Chambers of the Everett City Hall, President Morrow presiding. <br /> Upon roll call it was found that Mayor Kinch and all councilmen <br /> were present. <br /> The minutes of the September A, 1991 meeting were approved as <br /> printed. Also the minutes of the August 21, 1991 SEPA Appeal <br /> o Wearing were approved as printed. <br />• MAYOR FOR A DAY <br /> Mayor Kinch introduced Tim Aalbu who is acting as Mayor for the <br /> day. <br /> PROCLAMATIONS <br /> Leekegcrl flUcl'iaTeftS'ePtcenIZerol5S!PIlmthNiii1:21=nn <br /> EVERETT VIDEO <br /> The Mayor related that Bryce Oavidson, city employee and <br />• professional singer has written a song about Everett. Together <br /> with Steve Breeden slider about Everett was created. The video <br /> was enjoyed by all attending the Council meeting. <br /> EVERETT 2000 REPORT <br /> Jan Mahlum, chairman of the Everett 2000 committee, gave an <br /> update of the committee's acitivities and related that the <br /> committee felt citizen input to be of the utmost importance in <br /> their task of setting future planning goals for the City. A <br /> telephone survey has been completed. A final report will be <br /> given at the end of October. <br /> COUNCIL COMMENTS <br /> Councilman Diamond reported that the budget hearings will begin <br /> November 6th. <br /> Councilman Overstreet announced that the Growth Management <br /> committee meeting is this evening at the Everett Senior Center. <br /> C <br />
