That any fund assistance so received he used in the <br /> acquisition of the 1.3 acres of upland on the east side of <br />• <br /> Silver Lake known as the Courier Property. <br />• 0 3. That$275,000 be authorized and appropriated as a source of <br /> revenue in the 1992 City of Everett budget from'TIP"revenues <br /> as the local share of the Courier property acquisition. <br />) <br /> 4. That the combined amounts above of$550,000 Co authorized <br /> and appropriated as a source of revenue to, and as a form of <br />• expense for Courier property acquisition and related expenses. <br />• 5. That.the City of Everett does hereby certify that the City <br /> is responsible to support all non-cash commitments to the local <br /> share should they materialize. <br />• <br /> 6. That any property acquired with financial aid through the <br /> Interagency Committee for Outdoor Recreation be placed in use <br /> as an outdoor recreation facility and be retained in such use <br /> 0 in perpetuity unless as otherwise provided and agreed upon by <br /> the City of Everett, City Council, the Interagency Committee <br /> for Outdoor.Recreation and any affected federal agency. <br />• <br /> 7. Authorize the City of Everett'under (RCW 26.010) Sr.enter <br /> into a.relocation assistance program with the owner Of the <br /> property as required by the Interagency of Outdoor Recreation. <br /> 8. That this resolution become part of a formal application to <br /> the Interagency Committee for Outdoor Recreation. <br /> 9. That adequate notification has been given for public input <br /> and that the Park Board has reviewed and adopted the Master <br /> Plan for Silver Lake Public access. <br /> C NOM, THEREFORE, BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, to submit this <br /> solution to the Interagency Committee for Outdoor Recreation, <br /> that the City has officially obligated funding sources to meet <br /> the grant match by using funds of the.City of Everett as <br /> outlined herewith. <br /> Roll was called with all councilmen voting yes except <br /> Councilman Diamond who was excused. <br /> .
