513 p <br /> September 25,1991 .) <br /> REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS-TRANSIT COORDINATOR CONSULTANT <br /> Moved by Councilman Moser, seconded by Councilman Overstreet to <br /> approve advertising for request for qualifications to <br /> ordinate the implementation of the trip reduction program at <br /> the Boeing-Everett facility. <br /> This function is fully funded by Boeing at a total cast of <br /> $150,000 over three years. <br /> 0 <br /> Roll was <br /> called with all councilmen voting yes except Councilmen <br /> Diamond and Popewho were excused. <br /> Motion Carried. <br /> INTERLOCAL AGREEMENT-REGIONAL DETENTION POND <br /> Moved by Councilman Gipson,seconded by Councilman Overstreet to <br /> authorize the Mayor to signinterlocal agreement with <br /> Snohomish County for a regional detention pond. <br /> The agreement will allow the City and Snohomish County to <br /> equally share the cast of a regional detention pond to be <br /> located just south of the City limits. The proposed detention 1_ <br /> pond will reduce downstream flooding and remove pollutants in <br /> stormwater runoff, benefitting downstream fisheries resources in <br /> North Creek. <br /> Roll was <br /> called with all councilmen voting yes except Councilmen <br /> Diamond and Pope who were excused. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> JOB COMPLETE <br /> Moved by Councilman Anderson, seconded by Councilman Gipson to <br /> accept the Corrosion Protection for Waterlines project by Q <br /> Cathodic Protection Services as complete <br /> omplete allowing the Mayor to <br /> sign the final. contract voucher certification to start the 30 <br /> day retention period for the release of the retained amount of <br /> $16,535.53. <br /> • <br /> Roll was <br /> called with all councilmen voting yes except Councilmen <br /> Diamondand Pope who were excused. <br /> Motion carried.
