529 <br /> October 2,1991 <br /> (7) <br /> RESOLUTION-NOTICE OF INTENT TO ANNEX <br /> Moved by Councilman Gipson, seconded by Councilmen Overstreet <br /> to adopt Resolution No.3532,intent to annex property located <br /> at an area West of Holly Drive between 96th Street SW and <br /> Sharon Drive as follows: <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council has approved a petition for <br /> annexation of the above described property to the City of <br /> Everett,and <br /> WHEREAS, Council, after public hearing pursuant to ROI <br /> 35.13.140 and due consideration of public comment on the <br /> petition for annexation, is favorably disposed to the proposed <br /> annexation;and <br /> WHEREAS,aligned boundaries of annexed properties is beneficial <br /> to provide for adequate public health and safety;and <br /> WHEREAS,:itrttreeSgfoh=nrBsouunndta4oReWewl'oel.dnnsd"1 <br /> WHEREAS, Council may not take final action on the proposed <br /> annexation until the Snohomish County'Boundary Review Board has <br /> issued a final determination on the proposed annexation.
