No one <br /> replied. <br /> Hoxmd by itrInmArson, seconded by Councilman Cattle to <br /> • <br /> Roll was called with all councilmen voting yes except <br /> Councilmen Moser,Anderson,Diamond and Pope who were excused. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> RESOLUTION-.AMENDING GENERAL PLAN <br /> Moved by President Morrow, seconded by Councilman Cattle to <br /> adopt Resolution No.3535 emending the General Plan of the City <br /> of Everett,an area south of 100th Street SE on 23rd Avenue SE (-) <br /> (Eisenhower School)as follows: <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council finds that on July 2, 1991, the <br /> Planning Commission held a public hearing regarding Inc <br /> establishment of General Land Use Plan Policies,and a Plan Map <br /> designation for the hereinafter depicted property;and <br /> rgTlorcorsicattinogf Snohomish <br /> eCcrenetYArenadCuerpre=tePIN7 <br /> and <br /> WHEREAS the City Council finds that State law requires that a <br /> General'Plan land use designation be established for areas <br /> annexed to the City;and 0 <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council findS after revieWing glanning <br /> Commission recommendations•at a public hearing on August 28, <br /> 1991, that the General Plan map designation hereinafter set <br /> forth is in the best interest of the City of Everett. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF EVERETT <br /> THAT: <br /> 0 <br /> 0 <br />
