CONTRACT-SOUTH AND NORTH SNOHOMISH RIVER CSO <br /> Moved by Councilman Overstreet, seconded by Councilman Cattle <br /> to authorize the Mayor to sign a small works contract with <br /> stead , Associates of Bellevue to incorporate the <br /> control/monitoring requirements of the South and North <br /> Snohomish River CSO improvements and the existing Headwerks <br /> into the Mater Pollution Control Facility's centralized <br /> 1 controller/computer system. <br /> 11! ( Roll we's called,with all councilRen voting yes except <br /> Councilmen Anderson,Moser,Diamond and Pope who were excused. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> Councilman Overstreet reported to Council that an effort is <br /> being made in Congress to adopt legislation relating to CSC <br /> issues which could be favorable for the City. <br />
