He handed to councilmembers a copy of <br /> proposed n w federal rules for wetlands. He felt the ESA <br /> document could be a good document but was not due to the 0 <br /> language. <br /> Zak Parpia, representing the Master Builders Association,10217 <br /> 19th An e SE, pointed out that the next 20 years of growth <br /> needs tobe allowed for. He submitted a letter to Council <br /> dated October 30, 1991 from Den Flynn, Director of the Master <br /> Builders Association. It detailed specifics of the proposed <br /> ordinance. He spoke about the economic impact and how the City <br /> has responsibility to utilize the infrastructure. He suggested <br /> more time be put into the ordinance and a study of its impacts <br /> needed to be done. /> <br /> 0 <br />
