CT 607 <br /> November 6,1991 <br /> GMayor Kinch claoOrlsd that the City in any event wouldn't be <br /> running Ne airport. <br /> Rall was called on Resolution No. 3429 as follows with all <br /> councilmen voting yes except Councilman Pope who was excused. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council findsthat through the adoption of <br /> Resolution No.3429 the City commenced annexation of Paine Field <br /> Airport;and <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council finds that the City and County have <br /> discussed a number of issues concerning the proposed annexation <br /> but many Of the issues remain Unresolved;and <br /> WI <br /> T <br /> Spthe eCeidtyaofucilhefr intthhe apparently tne time is not <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council finds that the Boundary Review Board <br /> wishes to set a hearing date for the public hearing for the <br /> proposed annexation;and <br /> MHEREASthe City Council finds that the City's request to annex <br /> Paine Field Airport should be withdrawn before the Boundary <br /> Review Board proceeds any further with the annexation process; <br /> NOM, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br /> OF EVERETT: <br /> 1. The City formally withdraws its request with the Snohomish <br /> County Boundary Review Board for the annexation of Paine Field <br /> Airport as authorized by Resolution No.3429. <br /> The City Council authorizes the Mayor tO take all steps <br /> ery to teinlnate the annexation pxacess Pox Paine Field <br /> Airport. <br /> CHANGE ORDER-PIGEON CREEK <br /> Moved by Councilman Moser, seconded by Councilman Overstreet to <br /> accept Change Order No. 1 allowing the Mayor to sign Change <br /> Order No.1 in the amount of 518,000 far the continuation of the <br /> Pigeon Creek NO.1 Fisheries Enhancement project. <br />
