0 624 <br /> November 13,1991 <br /> Councilman Overstreet requested a copy of the proposal for this <br /> area. <br /> Roll was called with all councilmen voting yes. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> • <br /> DRAINAGE IMPROVEMENT COST SNARING <br /> 0 Moved by Councilman Pope, seconded by President Morrow to <br /> authorize payment in the amount of$27,509.22 to Emory Cole for <br /> drainage improvement cost sharing for the southern portion of <br /> the Silver Beech Resort Property,located on Silver Lake. <br /> The City acquired the southern portion of the Silver Beach <br /> Resort property, located on Silver Lake, from Emory Cole in <br /> late 1989. At the time of acquisition,Emory Cole had designed <br /> a drainage/water quality system that served both his future <br /> restaurant site and the property purchased by the City. The <br /> total cost of the drainage system that mutually benefits both <br /> parties is $62,520.95. The City's share, based on impervious <br /> surface design ratio,is 64%or$27,509.22. <br /> Roll was called with all councilmen voting yes. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> BUDGET AMENDMENT-TELECUMUNICATIONS <br /> Gip500 to <br /> %P:co'vratZoist.t:eittnOrseTelhero:mtigicel=r toe amount <br /> of$100,000.00. <br /> Costs to upgrade the existing telephone system have been <br /> substantially more than estimated. Adding new facilities and <br /> the increasing cost of day-to-day operations also have had a <br /> greater affect than was anticipated. <br /> Roll was called with all councilmen voting yes. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> AGREEMENT-SILVER LAKE WATER DISTRICT <br /> Moved by Councilman Moser, seconded by Councilman Gipson to <br /> authorize the Mayor to sign an agreement with the Silver Lake <br /> Mater District for water supply. <br />
