Henderson, Young and Company <br /> presented the growth management basic requirements and <br /> approaches to developing a capital facilities plan. <br /> The regular meeting of the Everett City Council w called to <br /> order at 7:00 p.m., November 20, 1991 In the City Council <br /> O <br /> Chamber of the Everett City Hall, President Morrow presiding. <br /> Upon roll call it was found that Mayor Kinch andall councilmen <br /> were present. <br /> The minutes of the November 13, 1991 meeting were approved as <br /> printed. <br /> FIREFIGHTER INTRODUCTION <br /> Councilman Andeison introduced Captain Vaughn Angel, Training <br /> Captain, Everett Fire Department, who introduced ten City o <br /> Everett firefighters who have just completed their basic <br /> training. They will be reviewing various projects <br /> c <br /> and The Mayor .will be sharing withvarious <br /> arious <br /> programsand projects taking place in the City of Everett. <br /> Mayor Kinch updated Council on the progress being made in <br /> getting the Puget Sound Air Pollution Control Agency and the �} <br /> State Department of Ecology to work together to solve the air <br /> emissions problems of the Puget Sound Region.
