C 650 <br /> November 27,1991 <br /> CJOB COMPLETE,-1991 ASPHALT OVERLAY • <br /> Moved by Councilman Gipson, seconded by Councilman Diamond to <br /> accept the 1991 Asphalt Overlay project as complete allowing <br /> the Mayor to.sign the final contract voucher certification and <br /> start the 30 day retention period. <br /> The general contractor, Associated Sand Gravel,has completed <br /> the 1991 Asphalt Overlay Prole, in accordance With coons and <br /> C specifications and to the satisfaction of the Public Works <br /> Department. <br /> ' Roll was called with all councilmen voting yes except <br /> Councilman Anderson and Poser who were excused. <br /> Notion carried. <br /> RESOLUTION-LIO NO.702 <br /> Moved by Councilman Diamond, seconded by Councilman Overstreet <br /> to adopt Resolution No. 3559 segregating the total amount of <br /> assessment on a parcel in LID No. 702 into two portions as <br /> follows; <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Everett has been requested by the owners <br /> of property know as Treasurer's Account No(s). 0017 0218 in <br /> LID Roll No. 702 to segregate the assessment of said <br /> Treasurer's Account No(s). 0017 0 0218 into separate <br /> assessments;and <br /> WHEREAS, the requested segregated properties are of sufficient <br /> value to provide adequate security for the payment of the total <br /> assessment chargeable against the undivided parcel of property; <br /> and <br /> WHEREAS, 120W 35.44.410 and Ordinance No. 225-74 as amended by <br /> Ordinance No. 1072-84, provide a method of segregating a tract <br /> of land in an LID into smaller parcels;and <br /> C <br /> WHEREAS,it is in the best interest of said LID and the City Of <br /> Everett to segregate said Treasurer's Account Ne(s). 0017 <br /> 0218 into the separate parcels;and <br /> WHEREAS, the application fee as required by Ordinance No. <br /> 299-74, as amended by Ordinance No. 1072-84, has been paid to <br /> the City Treasurer as a fee for the segregation ordered herein. <br /> 1 ( <br />
