C 650 November 27,1991 CJOB COMPLETE,-1991 ASPHALT OVERLAY • Moved by Councilman Gipson, seconded by Councilman Diamond to accept the 1991 Asphalt Overlay project as complete allowing the Mayor to.sign the final contract voucher certification and start the 30 day retention period. The general contractor, Associated Sand Gravel,has completed the 1991 Asphalt Overlay Prole, in accordance With coons and C specifications and to the satisfaction of the Public Works Department. ' Roll was called with all councilmen voting yes except Councilman Anderson and Poser who were excused. Notion carried. RESOLUTION-LIO NO.702 Moved by Councilman Diamond, seconded by Councilman Overstreet to adopt Resolution No. 3559 segregating the total amount of assessment on a parcel in LID No. 702 into two portions as follows; WHEREAS, the City of Everett has been requested by the owners of property know as Treasurer's Account No(s). 0017 0218 in LID Roll No. 702 to segregate the assessment of said Treasurer's Account No(s). 0017 0 0218 into separate assessments;and WHEREAS, the requested segregated properties are of sufficient value to provide adequate security for the payment of the total assessment chargeable against the undivided parcel of property; and WHEREAS, 120W 35.44.410 and Ordinance No. 225-74 as amended by Ordinance No. 1072-84, provide a method of segregating a tract of land in an LID into smaller parcels;and C WHEREAS,it is in the best interest of said LID and the City Of Everett to segregate said Treasurer's Account Ne(s). 0017 0218 into the separate parcels;and WHEREAS, the application fee as required by Ordinance No. 299-74, as amended by Ordinance No. 1072-84, has been paid to the City Treasurer as a fee for the segregation ordered herein. 1 (
