653 <br /> Novelyber 27,1991 <br /> RESOLUTION-LID NO.7265 <br /> Moved by Councilman Overstreet, seconded by Councilman Gipson <br /> to adopt Resolution No. 3561 segregating the total amount of <br /> assessment on a parcel in LID No. 7265 into seven portions as <br /> follows: <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Everett has been requested by the owners <br /> of property known as Treasurer's Account No(s). 0015 in LID <br /> Roll No. 7265 to segregatrhe assessment of said Treasurer's <br /> Account No(s).0015 into separate assessments;and <br /> WHEREAS, the requested segregated properties are rf sufficient <br /> value to provide adequate security for the payment of'the total <br /> assessment chargeable against the undivided parcel of property; <br /> and <br /> WHEREAS, ROW 35.44.410 and Ordinance No. 299-74 as amended by <br /> Ordinance No. 1072-84, provide a method of segregating a tract <br /> of land in an LID into smaller parcels;and <br /> WHEREAS,it is in the best interest of said LID and the City of <br /> Everett to segregate said Treasurer's Account No(s). 0015 into <br /> the separate parcels;and <br /> WHEREAS, the application fee as required by Ordinance No. ( <br /> 299-74, as amended by Ordinance No. 1072-84, has been paid to <br /> the City Treasurer as a fee for the segregation ordered herein) <br /> NOW THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br /> OF EVERETT: <br /> Section 1. That the City Treasurer is directed to make a <br /> segregation on the original Assessment Roll No.7265. <br /> Section 2. That the segregation shall be made as nearly as <br /> possible on the same basis as the original assessment was <br /> levied. <br /> Section 3. That the total of the segregated parts of the 0 <br /> original assessments shall equal the assessment before <br /> segregation. <br /> Section 4. That the original tract and assessment known as LID <br /> No. 7265, Treasurer's Account No(s). 0015, vas passed by <br /> Ordinance No. 1659-89 on 11/22/89, in the amount of$182,746. <br /> The original legal description is attached as Exhibit A. <br />
