C. <br /> December 4,1991 <br /> The regular meeting of the Everett City Council was called to <br /> order at 8:30 a.m., December 4, 1991, in the City Council <br /> Chamber of the Everett City Hall, President Morrow presiding. <br /> Upon roll call it was found that Mayor Finch and all councilmen <br /> were present except Councilman Diamond who was excused as he had <br /> jury duty. <br /> MAYOR'S COMMENTS <br /> C Mayor Hinch thanked all those responsible for the Gang <br /> Prevention Forum held last evening. He announced it was a great <br /> success. <br /> PROCLAMATION.• <br /> Mayor Finch introduced Terry Ennis, football coach for Cascade <br /> High School, and the two football team co-captains, Oen Gilday <br /> and Travis C.se. The Mayor proclaimed the week of December <br /> 4-11,1991 as^Cascade Bruins Football Team Week"000e000010100 <br /> of their success in the Washington State AAA play off games. <br /> OATH OF OFFICE <br /> Deputy Police Chief Bob Stiles introduced Frederick Heifers who <br /> was given the oath of office for police officer. Fred had , <br /> previously worked for the Everett Police Department from 1979 , <br /> through 1990. <br /> Bob Cooper, Director of Parks, introduced Sandra Schilaty who <br /> was given the oath of office for Park Ranger II.
