The City hereby adopts the attached General Plan Policies a <br /> n Element of the City of Everett General Plan; and that said <br /> policies are to be used as a guide to decision-making in the <br /> adoption of and use regulations, ie of land use permit <br /> a pplicaticns„t.capital improvements review <br /> budgeting udecisiDna, <br /> public education antl information efforts, antl en mental <br /> management programs. <br /> 2. The Environmentally Sensitive Areas Policies vwhich are <br /> I. attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference shall <br /> hereby repeal the d environmental policies contained in the <br /> llowing documents: <br /> a. The Everett Community Plan(1972) <br /> b. Growth Management Report(1981) <br /> c. Southwest Everett Comprehensive Plan(1982) <br /> d.
