33 January 22,1992 RESOLUTION-LID NO.707 Moved by Councilmen Diamond,seconded by Councilman Campbell to adopt Resolution No. 3590 segregating the Local Improvement assessment for LID No.707 as follows: WHEREAS, the City of Everett has been requested by the owners of property known as Treasurer's Account No(s) 0038 in LID Roll No. 707 to segregate the assessment of said Treasurer's Account No(s).0038 into separate assessments:and WHEREAS, the requested segregated properties are of sufficient value top vide adequate security for the payment of the total menuu chargeable againstthe undivided parcel of property: and WHEREAS, RCW 35.44.010 and Ordinance No. 29.9-70, as amended by Ordinance No. 1072-84,provide a method of segregating a tract of land in an LID into smaller parcels:and WHEREAS,it is in the best interest of said LID and the City of Everett to segregate said Treasurer's Account No(s).0038 into the separate parcels;and C- WHEREAS, the application fee as required by Ordinance No. II 299-74, asamended by Ordinance No. 1072-04, has been paid to the City Treasurer a a fee for the segregation ordered herein) NOWE,VERETT:THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF Section 1: That the City Treasurer is directed to make a segregation on the original Assessment Roll No.707.
