55 <br /> February 5,1992 <br /> Roll was called with ell councilmen voting yes except C) <br /> Councilman Overstreet who was not in attendance. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> RESOLUTION-PARKING <br /> Moved by Councilman Moser, seconded by Councilmen Anderson to <br /> adopt Resolution No.3596 to change the parking time limit from <br /> two hour-to thirty minute perking on Virginia Avenue north of <br /> Hewitt, east aide, along the frontage of 2015 Virginia Avenue <br /> as follows: <br /> WHEREAS, a request has been received to change the parking time <br /> limit from two (2) hour to thirty (30) minute parking on <br /> Virginia Avenue north of Hewitt, east side,along the frontage <br /> of 2815 Virginia Avenue;end <br /> WHEREAS, the Mayor's Transportation Advisory Committeehas <br /> reviewed the request and x ends that the requested perking <br /> time limit change be made;and; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br /> OF EVERETT that the following be installed: Thirty(30)minute /1 <br /> parking on Virginia Avenue north of Hewitt, east side, along <br /> the frontage of 2815 Virginia Avenue. <br /> Councilmen Campbell questioned the use study.
