• <br /> • <br /> • <br /> .• <br /> February 5,1992 <br /> COUNCIL BILL 9201-11 <br /> • <br /> FIRST READING: <br /> • AN ORDINANCE amending the Zoning Map of the City of <br /> Everett as provided by Ordinance No. 1671-82 as amended <br /> (Title 19, EMC) to encompass an area located south of <br /> 100th Street SE on 25th Avenue SE (Eisenhower Middle <br /> School). <br /> Councilman Overstreet entered Council chambers. <br /> President Gipson asked for Council comments from Councilman <br /> Overstreet. Councilman Overstreet handed out a draft of the <br /> • Snohomish County Tomorrow Steering Committee Operating <br /> . ' Guidelines and pointed out the various critical changes for <br /> couneilmembers to be aware of. <br /> President Gipson and Councilman Pope suggested that this be on <br /> next week's agenda for action. Councilman Overstreet felt the <br /> timing would be okay as the Steering Committee would not meet <br /> until next Wednesday evening for action. <br /> President Gipson requested that councilmembers share <br /> information regarding their liaison assignments. He felt this <br /> would keep everyone Informed. <br /> Mayor Kinch thanked Council for their cooperation in making the <br /> liaison Proc.,Work. He also suggested that a workshop might <br /> be in order as was held when he came into office. President <br /> Gipson responded that he would try to set a date. <br /> PUBLIC HEARING <br /> 0'. President Gipson opened the public hearing regarding the <br /> proposed ordinance amending the Zoning Map for the parcels <br /> known as 10726 (H,a'alson) and 10810 (Lee) 19th Avenue SE from <br /> Pam Newton,Planning Department,was available for questions. <br /> President Gipson asked if anyone from the public sector wished <br /> to speak. No one responded. • <br />
