87 <br /> March 4,1992 <br /> QUIT GLANCE.-ALVERSON BOULEVARD <br /> Moved by Councilman Overstreet,seconded by Councilman Moser to <br /> authorize the Mayor to execute a quit claim deed for the <br /> realignment of Alverson Boulevard in the vicinity of Legion <br /> Perk. <br /> Roll was called with all councilmen voting yes except <br /> Councilman Riamond who was excused. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> AGREEMENT-ALVERSON BRIDGE <br /> Moved by Councilman Overstreet,seconded by Councilman Moser to <br /> authorize the Mayor to sign a Right of Entry Agreement, and <br /> Construction and Maintenance Agreement with Burlington Northern <br /> for the reconstruction of the Alverson Bridge. <br /> Roll was called with all councilmen voting yes except <br /> Councilmen Diamond who was excused. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> BID CALL-ALVERSON BRIDGE IMPROVEMENTS <br /> Moved by Councilman Campbell,seconded by Councilmen Overstreet <br /> to authorize a call for bids for the Alverson Bridge <br /> Improvement project and set a bid opening date of April 9, <br /> 1992,at 2:00 p.m.in the City Clerk's Office. <br /> Roll was called with all councilmen voting yes except <br /> Councilman Diamond whc was excused. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> AGREEMENT-DETOUR WITH WSDOT <br /> Moved by Councilman Moser, seconded by Councilman Rope to <br /> authorize the Mayor to sign a Detour Agreement with Washington <br /> State Department of Transportation for the I, ramps <br /> resurfacing project. <br />
