121 <br /> April 1,1992 <br /> INTERLOCAL AGREEMENT-ANIMAL SHELTER/OFFICE SPACE <br /> Moved by Councilman Anderson, seconded by Councilman Campbell <br /> to authorize the Mayor to sign an interlocal agreement for the <br /> Animal Shelter Services and Office Space between the City of <br /> Everett and Snohomish County. <br /> Councilmembers questioned the S9,000 fee for the County. John <br /> neWispelaere, Animal Shelter, explained that it had been <br /> adjusted about 6 years ago and that the number of animals from <br /> the County,as well as the City,had decreased. <br /> Councilman Overstreet was concerned that it was a money loser <br /> and also questioned why this agreement hadn't come before <br /> Council sooner. Jerry Vrooman, Administration, explained that <br /> because the County was willing to wait for site selection for <br /> the animal shelter it had been delayed. <br /> Roll was called with all councilmen voting yes except <br /> Councilman Overstreet who voted no. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> BUDGET AMENDMENT-BOEING MITIGATION 0 <br /> Moved by Councilman Moser, seconded by Councilman Anderson to <br /> approve a budget amendment in the amount of 575,000 from Fund <br /> 158, Boeing.MItigation Funds, to Fund 115, General Government <br /> Special Projects,for TOM(Transportation Demand)Coordinator. <br /> Roll was called with all councilmen voting yes. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> BUDGET AMENDMENT-BOEING MITIGATION <br /> Moved by Councilman Moser,seconded by Councilman Overstreet to <br /> approve a budget amendment in the amount of$00,000 from Fund <br /> 158, Boeing Mitigation Funds, to Fund 115, General Government <br /> Special Projects for HOT(High Capacity Transit)Planning. <br /> Roll was called with all councilmen voting yes. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> 0 <br />
