i• 138 April 15,1992 RESOLUTION-LID 707 • Moved by Councilman Overstreet, seConded by Councilman Diamond to adopt Resolution NO. 3618 segregating the Local Improvement Assessment far LID No.707 as follows: WHEREAS, the City of Everett has been requested by the owners of property known as Treasurer's Account No(s). 0033 in LID Roll No. 707 to segregate the assessment of said Treasurer's Account No(s).0033 into separate assessments;and WHEREAS, the requested segregated properties are of sufficient value to provide adequate security for the payment of the total assessment chargeable against the undivided parcel of property; • and WHEREAS, RCP 35.44.410 and Ordinance No. 299-74 as amended by Ordinance No.1072-84,provide a method of segregating a tract of land in an LID into smaller parcels;and WHEREAS,it is in the best interest of said LID and the City of Everett to segregate said Treasurer's Account No(s). 0033 into the separate parcels;and WHEREAS, the application fee as required by Ordinance No. 299-74,as amended by Ordinance No. 1072-114, has been paid to the City Treasurer as a fee for the segregation ordered herein) 505,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY • Section 1: That the City Treasurer is directed to make a TliiiPEIE.J1 on the original Assessment Roll No.707. Section 2: That the segregation shall be made as nearly as possible on the same basis as the original assessment was levied. Section 3: That the total of the segregated parts of the original assessments shall equal the assessment before • segregation. • Section 4: That the original tract and assessment known as LID 1•IcTIT, Treasurer's Account No(s).• 0033, was passed by Ordinance No. 930-83 on 3/17/83, in Inc amount of $593,783.
