The o n <br /> final Operating Funds allocation was <br /> reduced <br /> from the original amount. Monies had f been estimated assuming a <br /> 5% increase from the 1991 operating funds. The apportionment <br /> for theSeattle-Everett Urbanized Area was decreased from last <br /> year. Funds allocated within the Capital Projects section were <br /> redistributed. 5100,000 was shifted to go towards the purchase <br /> of the 4 medium-duty buses from the purchase of the 2 40' <br /> buses. The rehabilitation of two Gllligs wasremoved from the <br /> project list because those buses did notqualify for <br /> rehabilitation according to the FTA guidelines. The amended <br /> grant application has been signed by the Mayor,March 19,1992. <br /> Moved by Councilman Moserrsonded by Councilman Pope Be <br /> reaffirm authorization of the Section 9 Grant Application and <br /> allow for public input as required by the Federal <br /> Transportation Act. <br /> Roll was called.with all councilmen voting yes except <br /> Councilman Anderson whop was excused. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> AGREEMENT-RESIDENTIAL RENTAL <br /> Moved by'Councilman Diamond, seconded by Councilman Overstreet <br /> to authorize the Mayor to sign ca residential rental agreement <br /> for property located at 706 Beth Street. <br /> In.acedrdence with Section 15.8 of the City Charter, notice has <br /> been published once a week for three ennsecutive weeks in the <br /> official City newspaper,The Tribune. <br /> Roll was called with all councilmen voting yes. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> C <br />
