President Gipson suggested that the <br /> City Attorney address this issue. <br /> BUDGET AMENDMENT-TRANSIT DRIVERS <br /> Moved by Councilmen Pope, seconded by Councilman Moser to <br /> approve budget amendment in the amount of 896,000 to cover <br /> the cost of hiring four additional bus operators to perform <br /> expanded commuter service as per the Boeing Mitigation <br /> Agreement. <br /> Councilman Diamond reported that the Budget Committee had <br /> approved this amendment. <br /> Roll was called with all councilmen voting yes. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> The meeting recessed into executive session, reconvened and <br /> upon motion adjourned at 10:45 a.m. <br /> 6r <br /> Read and approved as printed. <br />
