Dave Davis,Public Works,.replied that they <br /> were given right of way to park during a project without paying. <br /> Councilman Anderson read a letter from the Bayside Neighborhood <br /> group supporting the existing fireworks ordinance. <br /> Councilman Overstreet reported that legislation regarding a <br /> moratorium on annexation was pending,t-the-Coh-W hi <br /> requested that a workshop be conducted far discussing the <br /> City's philosophy and policies on annexations and urban <br /> boundary growth. Paul Roberts, Planning, stated that the <br /> County would be having a public-hearing June 24th and that it <br /> would be appropriate for Council to have the workshop before <br /> that date. President Gipson replied that he would schedule <br /> this workshop as soon aS.pOssible and reminded councilmembers <br /> that there will be a regular council meeting as well as a <br /> special night council meeting next reek. <br /> Councilman Overstreet said that a recommendation from the <br /> Museum group would be ready for discussion next week. <br /> Councilman Moser commented that council would need to address <br /> traffic demand management implementation in the near future and <br /> its effect-on the City and all businesses with 100.employees or <br /> more. It will be the City's responsitiility to enforce and put <br /> into effect the requirements. <br /> (") <br />
