He <br /> said the tower is not harmful to the citizen population. <br /> John Hunt,responding on behalf of the applicants, reviewed the <br /> power density and the ANSI/IEEE standards. He introduced <br /> copies of two overheads,one of the power density in microwatts <br /> 1- and the other a map of the surrounding area of the tower <br /> location as Exhibit 11. <br /> Jim Hatfield, Seattle, an electrical Professional Engineer, <br /> reviewed the new ANSI standards and comparison to the old <br /> standards. He explained the minimal output from the microwave <br /> tower. <br /> Dr. Don Justesen, professor of neuropsychology at the <br /> University of Kansas, reviewed the fear issue.
