zz7 June 17,1992 Donna Chase, Museum Director, stressed the importance of community involvement in the Museum. She announced that the Museum would be actively seeking donations ot artifacts and memorabilia of Everett history and events. On June 27,musum representatives will be at City Hall at the Mall from 10:00 to 4:00 p.m. tocrage Citizen participation and increase public awareness of the local museum development. Councilman Overstreet presented the Museum with a printed copy of the Charter of the City of Everett, adopted November 26, 1907. Everett School District Centennial memorabilia and ^Everett School District, the first 100 years", book by Lawrence E. O'Donnell, were presented to the museum on behalf of Larry O'Donnell and the Everett School District. A c amic mug commemorating the 100th anniversary of the First Baptem ist Church o of Everett was presented on behalf of Mary Elaine Erickson Burgess. A chair used in the private railcar of James J. Hill,founder of Great Northern Railroad,was presented by Stewart Aldcroft, retired Great Northern and Burlington Northern employee. PUBLIC HEARING-BURLINGTON NORTHERN TOWER Vice President Anderson stated this is aontinuation of the public hearing on the Burlington Northern c Tower, SEPA /74-91 Appeal of Determination of Non-Significance. At the June 3rd hearing testimonytaken and the purpose of the hearing is to hear rebuttal and have Council make a decision. Vice President Anderson announced that before proceeding with the rebuttal, two matters need to be addressed. First, at the beginning of this hearing a on June 3rd, there were some s procedural i which resulted in s confusion. Therefore, he asked for clarification whether all Councilmembers could be fair and impartial in hearing the appeal and rendering a C.,. decision.
